Distributors can download product information and qualification authorization documents by visiting the micro-disk link provided by the platform staff and upload them to the platform store.

 

2. [Platform Authorization] - [Platform Store Authorization], select the corresponding e-commerce platform, click the [Authorize Now Button], fill in the information, and save.

 

3. [Platform Authorization] - [Product Mapping], create the mapping relationship between the product SKUs of the e-commerce platform store and those of the distribution platform through the [Add] or [Batch Import] methods.

 

4. As all the products are locally dispatched, set up product mapping based on the store site. Select the product SKU/Item ID in the corresponding warehouse and match it with the SKU of the platform store for mapping.

Example: When performing SKU mapping and pairing for the product [SNOWTOX CRYSTAL TREATMENT SERUM],

The store is the US site. Select the product with the Item ID of [LS228800001-01-01] for mapping and matching

The store is the Japanese site. Select the product with the Item ID of [LS228800001-01-03] for mapping and matching

 

5. The distribution platform retrieves orders from the e-commerce platform and generates orders for the distribution platform through the product mapping and matching relationship.

 

6. For platform stores that do not have API integration for order acquisition at present, orders can be submitted by importing orders.

 

7. Distributors can split, combine and cancel orders on the distribution platform. Choose dropshipping or self-pickup logistics methods.

 

8. On the "Financial Management" - "Balance Management" page, click on "Top Up Balance" to recharge. Before recharging, please contact the platform customer service first to confirm the exchange rate.

 

9. The distributor submits and pays the order fee, and the order is pushed to the operation backend of the distribution platform.

 

10. The distribution platform conducts one-piece consignment for distributors through overseas warehouses and returns the carrier and logistics tracking number information.
